Renter will have a 4 hour time block for the party. $150 non refundable deposit due to reserve the space, plus $300 rental fee due the day of the event for a total of $450. Venue comfortably seats 40, with additional seating available for a capacity of 55-60. Email patricia@miltonsbrewing.com for rental space questions and non-profit rates.
